Jessica Kalama is a REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Elite (DRE #01375296; brokerage corporate DRE #01931601). This policy covers this website only. Realty ONE Group and its corporate entities maintain their own separate privacy policies for the services they operate.

When you submit a contact form, a home valuation request, a guide request, or a similar form, I collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the property or areas you are interested in, and any message you write. If you use the chat assistant on this site, I collect the messages you send through it.

Like most websites, this site may collect standard technical information such as your device and browser type, general location inferred from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. If advertising or analytics tools are enabled (described below), they may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser.
How I use your information
I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up about buying or selling a home, provide the resources you request, and communicate with you about your real estate goals. I use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve the website and to understand how visitors use it.

Who receives your information
I share information only with service providers that help me run this website and my business, and only as needed for those purposes:
Customer relationship management. Form submissions and chat inquiries are stored in my CRM, provided by HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), so I can follow up with you.
Website hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request and security data to serve the site.
Chat assistant. If you use the site's chat assistant, your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial details into the chat.
Analytics and advertising. If enabled, this site may use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and the performance of ads I run. These tools record activity such as page views and form submissions. They record that an event happened and campaign details, not your name, email, or phone number. You can opt out through your browser settings and through each platform's own ad and privacy settings.
I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with my work as a licensed real estate professional with Realty ONE Group Elite.
Text messages and consent
If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by text, I may send you text messages related to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
